I met Sergey for the first time in Goa, in Small Vagator, in the early 2000s, and he supposed to own the second half
Today I travel a lot with lectures about modern leadership and help millions of people to achieve their goals.
From the time we met on Goa I read tons of books about leadership and understand that nobody really understand what leadership is!
Ok, for me was clear that people do not same, but I can not accept so much difference!!!
How can I be not the first???
And I really could not.
Again I was in Goa this winter.

This book is about his rules of life

If you want to find out the meaning of anything you must speak about this with people.
Love it is very strange thing you know
There is only one word?
But if you will look on the word love from different positions you will see totally different meanings.
And this is interesting.
So try to understand this and look on yourself from apart, how you communicate.
1- you can love people.
2- people can love you.
If we speak about people then is clear.
By the way, nothing is clear in reality, but we speak later on this.
The main question you have to ask is do you really love all the things you do?
Try next exercise: write all things you do during one day and put marks on how you like it.
Lets say use 10 degrees system.
Use 0 if you have to use a lot of power to proceed, 10 if you have to use a lot of power to stop.
For me is usually like this: be in a traffic jam 0, sex with my wife 10.

Do you agree that people is the main thing?
What I mean here you never act alone, you all the time communicate.
You all the time communicate.
Even when you do not think about it you communicate.
So if you like people you communicate with you put 10, if you hate them 0.
That simple.
As usual you put all the time only 0 or 10.
So you have to know clear how you feel now.
All or nothing.
Rich or poor.
Oligarch or downshifter.
There is nothing in the middle and must be like this.
At once I feel myself on the top.
No friends, no wife, no kids, no parents.

Did I love them before?

Truly speaking I was thinking that yes.
You can love anybody only if the person make good to you.
That you like.
Or the person allow you total care about him.
You love small kids, kittens, puppies, etc.
You can love small people that you decide to take care about.
You even can love your employees when they allow to take care of them.
But then you will kill them.

One of my good friends, best consultant on career in Russia say today only 3 years can good employee be on one place.

Then they gone or you have to fire them because they in depression and give depression to your corporation.

Love is a very difficult thing in reality.
You can see that you love somebody.
But next moment you do not love.
