If you bump something, or bump into it, you hit it without meaning to.

1 Card is stiff paper.

2 A card is a folded piece of stiff paper that has a picture on the front and a message inside. You send cards to people at special times, like birthdays.

3 Cards are pieces of stiff paper with numbers or pictures on them that you use for playing games.

Cardboard is very thick, stiff paper that is used for making boxes.

1 If you care about something, you think that it is important.
